We foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and growth, where each person’s contributions make a real impact.\n About the Role\nAs the Solutions Architect, you will help discover and gather client needs, and design/guide the implementation of Supernova’s SBL platform for our enterprise clients.\nThe candidate will work closely with internal and external project and technology teams to define and document system architecture, integration points, and integration specs. The candidate will oversee the system design as well as the client onboarding process from the technology perspective. To succeed in this role, good understanding of system architectures and business/operation processes are required.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with our clients to develop solutions regarding integrations, data migrations, and other custom deployments\nCreate and manage scope of work and detailed project plans for integrations and custom work including timelines and effort estimates\nAct as the point of contact for offshore team \nConduct weekly check-ins and ensure work is delivered within estimated timelines and meets quality standards\nWork closely with clients and engineers to integrate and implement solutions to ensure custom solutions align with our standard product offering\nIdentify new product features during trials and integrations and draft business cases and feature requests for review by the development and engineering teams\nWork across multiple teams in the organization to ensure alignment and execution of key projects\nConducting technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and infrastructure\nIdentifying and documenting data types, mapping, and conversion requirements (data migration is core to onboarding)\nCoordinating and designing system and user acceptance testing (UAT)\nMaintaining system documentation for internal and external use\nProviding accurate, timely project status and schedule updates to stakeholders\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\n2+ years of experience in software consulting, and/or other customer facing role consulting on, delivering technical products or services\nAble to work through ambiguous situations using logic and a high degree of communication \nCan take complex problems and break them down into simpler pieces \nAble to rally teams to project completion using diplomacy, empathy and a positive attitude \nFamiliarity with system integration architectures and data formats for APIs, message queues, and SFTP/ file-based integrations\nFinancial Services or Securities Base Lending knowledge is a huge plus\nOur Employee Benefits(Chicago Only)\nAt Supernova Technology, we provide a robust benefits package to support the health and well-being of our employees.
