You will write articles, explainers, guides, comparison pages and alternatives pages about AI, IT operations, and endpoint management.\nYou'll work from briefs that set the keyword, intent and angle, then research the topic properly and write something better than what already ranks. As you build confidence, you'll do more of your own keyword research and planning.\nWe want someone with product curiosity: you'll learn how SuperOps works and who uses it, so your writing addresses real problems instead of restating what's already out there.\nOur buyers are IT leaders and MSP owners. They look for answers on Google and, increasingly, in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. We want them to find SuperOps in both.\nWhat you'll do\nWrite for search and AI answers\nWrite search-focused articles, explainers and guides, and bottom-of-funnel comparison (SuperOps vs. X) and alternatives pages\nUnderstand who is searching and what they need before you write\nCheck what already ranks and find what it misses\nStructure pages so readers, search engines and AI answer engines can all use them: clear headings, direct answers near the top, FAQs and tables\nApply on-page SEO: titles, headings, meta descriptions and internal links\nResearch and get it right\nResearch technical topics using product docs, credible sources and conversations with our product and subject matter experts\nUnderstand our customers roles and workflows so your writing speaks to their real problems\nFact-check every claim, statistic and technical detail\nUse AI tools to speed up research and first drafts, then verify and edit every line yourself\nFollow the SuperOps style guide and apply editorial feedback to the next draft\nImprove what's live\nTrack rankings, traffic and AI citations for the pages you publish\nRefresh pages that are losing rankings or are out of date\nAdd internal links between related pages\nCollaborate\nWork with product marketing, product and customer-facing teams to get details right\nSuggest topics based on questions you see from customers and the market\nWhat we're looking for\n1 to 3 years of writing experience, ideally for a B2B technology, SaaS or IT company\nExcellent written English: clean grammar, a strong vocabulary, clear sentences and no filler\nPublished SEO content with live URLs, and a sense of how it performed\nA working grasp of search intent, keyword research and on-page SEO\nCuriosity about technical subjects and the ability to explain them plainly\nStrong self-editing, proofreading and fact-checking habits\nComfort using AI tools, and the ability to write well without them\nOpenness to feedback and a habit of getting better draft by draft\nBonus points if you\nHave written about IT, cybersecurity, cloud or enterprise software\nHave written comparison or alternatives pages\nHave used Ahrefs, Semrush or Google Search Console\nKnow how AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews pick their sources\nHave interviewed subject matter experts for a piece\nHave a journalism or research
