Remote (US) for rare exceptions\nAbout Superpower\nWe’re on a mission to build a new health care system that extends and enhances human life. Superpower will build a new health system that is preventative, personalized, and performance-enhancing - bringing the best of health into one place.\n93% of our members say we're better than their doctor or life-changing and 60% discover something their doctor missed.\nAbout the Role\nThis is the role for the designer who doesn't want to be boxed in. One day you're designing a product feature, the next a landing page, the next a social campaign or a print piece for an event. You'll move fluidly across brand, product, growth, and communications - wherever the highest-leverage design work is.\nAt Superpower, designers do work across many channels and departments. If you have exceptional taste, you shouldn’t be boxed into a channel. This role is about multiplying that capacity - bringing the same range, taste, and speed to a growing surface area of work.\nWe call this \"founder mode\" for design: you're in the weeds, you're shipping, and you're proactively finding the places that need the most help.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign across product, brand, growth, and communications - wherever the biggest need is on any given week\n\nCreate product UI, landing pages, email campaigns, ad creative, social content, presentations, and event materials\n\nMove between strategic thinking and pixel-level execution daily\n\nProactively identify design gaps and fix them - no one needs to assign you work\n\nCollaborate with engineers, growth, clinical, and leadership directly\n\nContribute to and extend the brand system and product design system\n\nShip fast. We believe action produces information - your first version doesn't need to be perfect, it needs to exist\n\nGive and receive direct feedback. Radical candor is how we raise the bar together\n\nWhat You Bring\n3-6+ years of experience across multiple design disciplines - you've done brand, digital, product, or some combination\n\nA portfolio that shows range: product screens, campaign work, web design, and maybe something unexpected\n\nStrong fundamentals: typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and interaction design\n\nComfort with ambiguity and context-switching - you can reprioritize quickly without losing quality\n\nSpeed and craft. You don't treat them as opposites\n\nProficiency in Figma. Familiarity with prototyping, basic motion, or front-end code is a bonus\n\nSelf-directed and proactive. You ask \"how would I act if this were my company?\" and then do it\n\nGenuine care about health, wellness, or human performance\n\nNice to Have\nFront-end development skills (HTML/CSS, React, Webflow)\n\nMotion design or video editing skills\n\nExperience at an early-stage startup where you wore many hats\n\nIllustration, 3D, or photography skills\n\nExperience in health, wellness, or mission-driven companies\n\nWhy Superpower\nMission that matters: we catch diseases before they start and change people’s lives\n\nRadical empowerment: no layers of approval, no waiting for permission if you see a problem we reward people that solve them\n\nA-players only: small team of exceptional people who actually do the work\n\nFounder mode: everyone is an IC here, including leadership. We don't delegate, we build\n\nCompetitive compensation with equity in a company at the frontier of health and AI\n\nSuperpower your own health - we live the ethos\n\nAbout Superpower\nSuperpower is a new health system on a mission to extend and enhance human life.\nWe started with lab testing, then data aggregation / digital twin, then an AI doctor, and now peptides.\nOver the past 6 months, we have grown 10x whilst halving CAC. Now we are gearing up for hyper growth.\nYou can find more about us below:\nsuperpower.com/series-a\n\nSuperpower Overview\n\nCulture at Superpower\n\nCompany Philosophies\nWe are all here to genuinely do our life’s best work\n\nInsanely high talent bar, never settling.
