accounts.\nDrive continuous improvement in how teams deliver, scale, and operate.\nWhat you'll need to succeed\n12-18+ years of experience in agency, consulting, or client services leadership roles.\n\nProven ownership of portfolio-level revenue, retention, and growth.\n\nExperience managing and developing senior account leaders.\n\nStrong commercial acumen, including forecasting, deal structuring, and margin management.\n\nAbility to operate at both strategic and operational levels across multiple accounts.\n\nStrong executive communication skills with experience managing senior stakeholders.\n\nExperience identifying and resolving systemic operational challenges.\n\nData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.\n\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.\n\nStrong judgment in high-stakes client and business
