confidently to customers and internal stakeholders.\nShare learnings, frameworks, and best practices that strengthen the broader Strategy team.\nStay current on emerging platforms, technologies, consumer behavior, and creative trends.\nWhat You'll Need To Succeed\n4+ years of experience in strategy within a creative, advertising, digital, or marketing agency.\nStrong understanding of digital marketing, creative effectiveness, and platform-specific storytelling.\nExperience developing creative strategies and writing clear, actionable creative briefs.\nAbility to turn research and performance data into compelling strategic recommendations.\nStrong presentation and communication skills with customer-facing experience.\nExperience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams.\nComfortable using AI tools to support research, ideation, and strategy development.\nOrganized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nCurious, collaborative, and eager to continuously improve your strategic
