recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.\nTalent Sourcing: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.\nCollaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team needs, and create accurate job descriptions.\nCandidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.\nEmployer Branding: Help develop and execute initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.\nCandidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and clear communication.\nRecruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.\nDiversity & Inclusion: Actively seek diverse talent and help ensure recruitment practices align with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.\nOnboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience: 1-2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment \nSkills:\nStrong sourcing and interviewing skills.\nProficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, Workable is a plus\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work effectively with senior
