them to book consultations.\nScheduling & Coordination: Manage clinic calendars, confirm appointments with\nvets, and update customers on any changes.\nReminder & Follow-Ups: Send reminders for upcoming appointments and follow up\npost-visit to ensure customer satisfaction.\nBasic Inquiry Resolution: Provide information about clinic services, pricing, and\nprocedures while directing complex queries to vets.\nCustomer Engagement: Build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing\nconcerns and ensuring they have a positive experience.\nData Management: Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer\ninteractions, and follow-ups in the system.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience: 1-2 years in customer service, tele-calling, or front-desk roles,\npreferably in healthcare or pet services.\nCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and\nHindi (Kannada is a plus).\nOrganizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage bookings efficiently, and handle\nmultiple customer inquiries.\nProactive & Friendly: Someone who enjoys talking to people, has a customer-first\nattitude, and can build relationships.\nTech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools,
