Product Knowledge:\nStay updated on the company’s pet care products and services.\nCommunicate product features, benefits, and proper usag effectively to customers.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline (preferred)\nPet Parent - Mandatory\nExperience: Exp in customer-facing key account management role (preferred)\nSkills:\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nEmpathy and patience in dealing with customers.\nProficiency in CRM tools and live chat platforms.
