IT Specialist

• VICI dial & Telephony: Configure & maintain VICI dial/ Vici Box, Asterisk, SIP trunks, IVR, dial plans, and call routing.

• Linux & Network Admin: Manage Linux servers, TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, DNS, NAT, and VPN configurations.

• Firewall & Security: Monitor and manage MikroTik routers and FortiGate firewalls.

• System Maintenance: Ensure system stability, regular backups, and prompt IT/dialer troubleshooting.

• Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Computer Science (CS)
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Information Technology (IT) Computer Information Systems (CIS) Software Engineering (SE)

Professional Certification & Training (Preferred):

Certifications: RHCSA, CCNA, MTCNA/MTCRE, or Fortinet NSE is highly preferred.

Training: Practical training on VICI Dial/ Asterisk administration, Linux System Admin, Enterprise Networking, or Full-Stack Development (PHP & MySQL).

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age 20 to 50 years

🎯 Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, Linux, VoIP, or Call Center/BPO environments.

Practical expertise in VICI Dial, Asterisk, and Linux Server Administration.

⭐ Preference: Candidates with experience in developing and managing CRM systems, dashboards, and using PHP and MySQL will be given preference.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage critical IT infrastructure independently.

Expertise on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) handling., Asterisk, Linux, VOIP Solutions, PHP, MySQL, Call Center Operation, ITES or BPO industry
