You'll join the Ecosystem & Connectors team, which brings Supio together with the case and practice management platforms law firms rely on every day. You'll own integrations and partnerships end to end, work alongside engineering, product, and customer-facing teams, and show up with a sense of urgency and a focus on fixing the problem.\nWhat you'll build\nOwn and Deliver: Take full ownership of a defined area, such as a partner integration or a set of connectors. Keep it reliable, resolve issues quickly, and move it forward with new capabilities\nConnect Disparate Systems: Design and build API integrations that bring Supio and multiple third-party case and practice management systems together into one seamless experience for law firms\nBuild for Everyone: Create holistic, reusable solutions that work for every customer. Reduce error rates and improve the quality of data flowing between systems\nPartner with Customers: Join customer and partner conversations, present your work, and translate real-world feedback into fixes and features that make a measurable difference\nBuild with AI: Use agentic development tools as a core part of how you design, build, and ship, and help expose Supio's integrations in new ways, including over MCP\nCollaborate and Improve: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to prioritize the work that matters, and raise the bar on how the team builds and operates\nQualifications\nExperience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production API integrations across multiple systems\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python. Experience with Golang, Node.js, and Postgres is a plus\nAgentic Development: Hands-on experience using AI coding agents and tools to build and ship software\nIntegration Expertise: Experience designing, building, and debugging integrations that connect two or more disparate systems, including REST APIs, authentication, and data synchronization\nCustomer Focus: Comfortable talking directly with customers and partners, including presenting demos and walking through technical topics with confidence\nOwnership and Urgency: A track record of taking responsibility, treating customer issues as urgent, and resolving problems without finger-pointing\n Problem Solving: Ability to work through ambiguous, real-world problems and deliver solutions that scale beyond a single use case\nNice-to-haves\nExperience with legal case management or practice management systems (for example Clio, MyCase, Smokeball, Litify etc.)\nExperience with document management systems and file sync\nExperience managing technical partner relationships or partner-facing integrations\nStartup or high-growth company experience\nCompensation\nAs an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Equity grants are designed to ensure employees share in the long-term success and upside of the company.\nBase Salary by Level and Location\nSenior Software Engineer\nSan Francisco: $190,000 - $240,000 annually\nSeattle: $180,000 - $230,000 annually\nStaff Software Engineer\nSan Francisco: $230,000 - $270,000 annually\nSeattle: $220,000 - $250,000 annually\nThis role is open at both the Senior and Staff levels. Final level, and therefore final compensation, is determined during the interview process based on the scope, depth, and impact demonstrated by the candidate.
