We're scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional talent to join us in this next phase of growth.\nWe're looking for passionate team members who are motivated by our mission and ready to help us achieve it.\nWhat we're looking for\nWe're looking for a hands-on Staff Product Manager who wants real ownership of a product area and a direct say in Supio's vision and strategy. You build, iterate quickly, talk to customers every week, and don't wait to be told what the problem is. You'll work side by side with engineering, design, and customer teams to change how law firms use AI, in a company where the art of the possible shifts every quarter and you're energized by that.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the Product Vision: Set the vision and strategy for your product area and take it from inception to production. You'll represent a broad footprint and make the call on what we build next.\nShape the Core Experience: Define the look, feel, and main entry points of the core Supio application, holding it to a consumer-grade UX bar for litigation teams who are not technical users.\nDesign the Agentic Experience: Define how AI agents behave inside the product and how attorneys and staff interact with them, so firms can trust and rely on agent output.\nBuild Vertical Products: Lead vertical-specific products such as client intake and outbound communications that change how law firms operate day to day.\nShip Hands-On: Work directly in the product: prototype, write specs and scripts, make design changes, and ship code where it speeds things up, with sound checks and balances.\nStay Close to Customers: Maintain a direct line to law firm customers, turn what you hear into fast iteration, and reset goals and roadmap each quarter as the technology and market change.\nQualifications\nExperience: 10+ years in product management, including taking at least one product area from inception to production end to end.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience\nAI-Native Product Experience: Hands-on experience building AI-native or agentic products, from defining agent behaviors to shipping them to real users.\nBuilder Mindset: Demonstrated hands-on building: prototyping, working with data and code, or driving design directly. Comfortable shipping without heavy process.\nProduct Depth: A clear spike in either UX and product design or engineering and architecture, with enough range in the other to work independently with your teammates.\nOwnership: You identify problems on your own, ask about strategy, and know when to pull in engineering, design, or customer success.\nCustomer Focus: Strong instincts for non-technical, everyday users and a habit of talking to customers regularly.\nAdaptability: Energy for ambiguity and for goals that change from quarter to quarter.\nNice-to-haves\nBackground in engineering or design that moved into a product-centric scope.\nExperience at an early-stage startup.\nExposure to legal tech or other professional services workflows.\nCompensation\nAs an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits.
