such as Medline, McKesson, US Foods, and Direct Supply - to manage invoices, credits, and account issues\nMatch invoices to purchase orders and packing slips; verify approvals before payment\nProcess weekly check runs, ACH, and electronic payments\nMaintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and 1099 preparation\nReconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close\nCommunicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing and payment questions\nSupport audits by providing documentation and reports as requested\nEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare/financial regulations\nWhat You Bring\n2+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally in SNF/LTC or a healthcare setting\n QuickBooks proficiency required -
