If you know how to find good people on the Western Slope and want work that directly affects the quality of care residents receive, we’d like to talk with you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRecruiting\nSource candidates through job boards, social media, cold calling, referrals, local schools and training programs, community events, and staffing partners\nWrite and maintain compelling, compliant job postings\nScreen applicants by phone, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers\nManage references, background checks, and drug screens in line with company policy and Colorado law\nTrack candidates and report on recruiting activity and hiring results\nHelp review and update job descriptions\nMeet a minimum hiring goal of 5 new hires per month\nHR Coordination\nSupport the Director of Human Resources on employment matters and onboarding\nKeep personnel information confidential and records accurate\nPrepare required reports for leadership\nWork Environment\nThis role is based in an office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a private office suitable for interviews.
