closeout\nPrepare and review estimates, proposals, bids, and scopes of work\nBuild and manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports\nCoordinate daily activities with superintendents and field teams\nManage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, change orders, and material costs\nSolve problems tied to site conditions, design changes, scheduling, and field operations\nPartner with engineers and internal teams on design-build work\nReview contracts, drawings, and specifications\nLead internal project meetings and client-facing discussions\nSupport jobsite safety alongside field and safety teams\nShare lessons learned to improve execution across project teams\nWhat You Bring\n5 to 10+ years of construction experience, including several years as a Project Manager or in a similar role\nBackground in heavy civil, geotechnical, foundation, or specialty construction\nHands-on experience with deep foundations, earth retention, drilling, shoring, or ground improvement\nStrong command of estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control\nAbility to manage multiple projects while meeting schedule, quality, budget, and safety goals\nClear, direct communication with crews, superintendents, clients, and engineers\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience\nNice to Have\nDesign-build experience on shoring, foundations, or specialty geotechnical work\nUnion construction experience and skilled craft labor coordination\nPublic and private sector project experience\nExperience on tight-access, urban, or technically complex jobsites\nCompensation and Benefits\n$100,000 to $140,000 base salary, depending on experience\n401(k) with company match and
