This individual will report into our Local Operations Supervisor andis responsible forensuring orders are delivered to customers in a safe, secure, prompt, and accuratemanner. \nJob Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt\nLocation: 130 Spagnoli Road, Melville NY\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET\nBase Salary: This position pays $22.00 per hour to start. The full pay range for this role is $22.00 to $33.00 per hour, and this range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Consistent with our pay practices and applicable law, starting pay is set at the minimum of the range.\nResponsibilities:\nLoad, transport, and deliver items to local customers\nReview inventory to ensure the correct items are delivered to customers\nCommunicate regularly with the Local Operations Team Lead to review, monitor, and correct delivery errors\nCommunicate regularly with the local delivery route organizer and follow scheduled routes for daily deliveries\nAbide by all transportation laws and maintaining safe driving record\nIf needed, operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner\nEnsure the delivery vehicle is clean, safe, organized and functioning properly\nAdhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment \nAdhere to the performance standards and expectations to their assigned department\nAll other duties as assigned by the Local Operations Team Lead and/or SupplyHouse management including, but not limited to, assisting in other departments throughout the fulfillment center and adhering to that department's expectations\nRequirements :\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nExperience driving a box truck\nAbility to sit and drive for long periodof time (2+ hours) \nAbility to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independentlyEmployees are expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds\n\nAbility to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day\nAbility to operateand use all equipment necessary to check in and put away materials\nWhy work with us: \n We have awesome benefits - We offer a wide variety of benefits to help support you and your loved ones.
