This individual will report into our Outbound Manager and is responsible foroverseeing the daily functions of the packing team to ensure that all items are packed in a timelyand accuratemanner. If you are looking for a career that will allow you to motivate team members and support management, this is the job for you!\nJob Type: Full-Time, Exempt\nLocation: 530,000 sq. ft. in Columbus, OH at 6085 Winchester Pike, Columbus, OH 43110\nSchedule: This role supports an operation that runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. While this position generally follows a schedule, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams.\nBase Salary: The expected starting salary for the position is $65,400 to $81,750 within a full position range of $65,400 to $98,100annually. This range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint.\nPlease note: Training for this position will be Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. the first week!\nResponsibilities:\nPlan, organize, assign, and direct work in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager, addressing issues and resolving problems\nTrain Associates on processes\nAssist the Manager and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements and production needs \nAssist the Manager and other staff to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines\nAssure the safety and security of team members and inventory\nCoordinate with other departments on processes and procedures\nMonitor associate production standards and partner with team members to ensure SOP's are followed\nOther tasks deemed necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies, and guidelines are met\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nFundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain and logistics concepts\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g.: Word, Outlook, and Excel)\nStrong problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and align with executive leadership, while also connecting effectively with frontline associates\nAbility to work independently, multitask, and follow process and standard procedures\nAbility to follows process and standard procedures\nAbility to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independentlyEmployees are expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds\n\nAbility to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day\nWhy work with us: \n We have awesome benefits - We offer a wide variety of benefits to help support you and your loved ones.
