Your success is measured by how quickly your accounts make their first hire, how often they come back, and how much they grow.\nResponsibilities\nOwn a book of about 200 brands on paid subscription plans, managing outreach, cadences and account notes in HubSpot\nOnboard new brands and get them to their first successful creator hire quickly\nTeach brands to get the most from the platform's hiring tools: searching and filtering creators, judging profiles and past work, posting campaigns, reviewing applicants and buying packages\nConsult on influencer marketing strategy: campaign goals, platform and creator tier selection, balancing launches with always-on content, and how success will be measured\nAdvise on the practical calls that make or break a campaign, including creator selection, briefs, content formats, fair pricing, usage rights and timing\nTurn one-off orders into repeat programs with campaign plans, content calendars and creator rosters, growing the creator spend across your accounts\nRun check-ins and results reviews that show what worked and set up the next campaign\nWatch usage and spend signals from automated alerts to catch at-risk accounts early and step in\nBuild enablement that scales beyond your book: playbooks, brief templates, webinars, help-center content and in-product or email nudges\nFlag upgrade and expansion opportunities to the sales team and bring customer feedback to product and marketing\nRequirements\nC1 equivalent English\n3+ years in client services, account management or campaign strategy at an influencer marketing, social, creative or performance marketing agency, or at a creator marketing or ad platform\nHands-on experience sourcing, briefing and managing creators for brand or UGC campaigns\nCustomer success fundamentals: managing a book of business and outreach cadences in a CRM such as HubSpot\nAbility to consult on campaign structure, budgets and marketing strategy so clients invest more with confidence\nComfort owning retention and revenue growth targets with commission tied to results\nA teacher's instinct: you can show a customer what good looks like and make it repeatable\nThe organization to manage many accounts at once while building resources that scale\nExcellent written and verbal English, since most customer outreach happens over email\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nCustomer success experience at a SaaS company or marketplace\nKnowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creator pricing and performance benchmarks\nE-commerce or DTC brand experience\nExperience creating training content or running webinars\nPaid media or ad platform account management experience focused on growing client spend\nA startup, builder mindset: comfortable spotting where automation or process improvements would help and pushing for them\nBenefits\nCompetitive Pay: US$3,000 per month base plus commission on the total creator spend across your book of business.
