You will manage 5 to 8 open titles at any given time across different clients. The roles change often, so you need to be comfortable learning new titles quickly and understanding exactly what each client needs before you start sourcing.\nThis is an outbound role. You cannot rely on applicants here. Most of the people we place were not looking for a new job when we contacted them, so you need to be very strong in LinkedIn Recruiter and skilled at finding and engaging passive candidates.\nResponsibilities:\nRun full-cycle searches for 5 to 8 roles at a time across multiple clients, from intake to offer\nSource passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels\nScreen and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles\nWork with hiring managers to define each role and what a strong hire looks like for them\nMeet SLAs and KPIs for speed and quality on every search\nTrack candidates in Workable and set up automations that save the team time\nGive every candidate a clear and respectful experience throughout the process\nHelp build the processes our team uses as we grow\nRequirements\n4+ years of agency recruiting experience\nExperience recruiting for SaaS companies\nStrong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and a proven record of hiring passive candidates\nExperience recruiting for US/Canada or other English-speaking companies\nFluent spoken and written English\nExperience sourcing technical talent such as developers, engineers, and designers\nA consistent record of meeting SLAs and KPIs\nProficiency in Workable or a similar ATS, including setting up automations\nExperience at a startup or on a growing team is preferred\nBenefits\nCompensation: $2,00 -
