With the launch of our next-generation platform and AI-powered audit capabilities, we're hiring a Solutions Consultant to uplevel how we solve problems for leading firms through our GTM motion.\nReporting to the CRO and partnering closely with sales leadership, product, and product marketing, you'll be the practitioner voice in the sales cycle - a former CPA or auditor who has walked in our customers' shoes and now helps them envision a better way of working. You'll design and lead high-impact demos and pilots, build the foundational demo and workshop playbooks, and drive strong win rates on new products and strategic expansions.\nWe need a workflow-obsessed, commercially minded Solutions Consultant who blends deep audit/accounting experience with proven demo chops and a strong bias toward ownership and action\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive Wins on New Products & Strategic Deals\n- Partner with AEs to design and deliver compelling demos and pilots for enterprise and strategic firms, with a focus on new products and AI-enabled audit workflows.\n- Serve as a subject matter expert in workshops and demos, where your practitioner experience helps uncover pain points and position our solutions.\nOwn Demo Strategy and Environments\n- Redesign and standardize demo flows across Suralink's product suite, tailored by persona (Partners, Managers, Directors, IT/innovation) and segment.\n- Maintain high-fidelity demo environments that mirror real financial statement tie-outs, audit testing, tax procedures, and AI-assisted workflows.\n- Train AEs and CSMs to confidently run core demos end-to-end.\nArchitect and Run High-Conversion Pilots\n- Design structured pilots/POCs with clear entry criteria, timelines, and success metrics tied to real firm workflows.\n- Translate the specific success criteria and nuance of firm methodology and business process into guidance on how to use the product\n- Drive 60%+ win rates on pilots where you are engaged, ensuring they function as decision engines - not open-ended experiments.\nPartner with Product and Product Marketing\n- Capture and synthesize market feedback, recurring use cases, and friction points from demos and pilots into clear insights that inform our roadmap.\n- Translate real audit, tax, and advisory workflows into messaging, enablement, and content.\n- Serve as a key thought partner in value engineering initiatives that tie our product directly to the impact on our customers.\nExperience and Professional Qualifications:\n- CPA or equivalent audit/accounting background with approximately 3-7 years in public accounting, including hands-on experience with:\n- Audit procedures, methodology, documentation, and review\n- Financial statement tie-outs and supporting workpapers\n- Testing, sampling, and evidence management\n- 2-5 years as a Solutions Consultant in B2B SaaS, ideally within accounting, audit, finance, or close-management technology, in a high-growth environment selling into firms or corporate finance/audit teams.\n- Demonstrated success supporting enterprise or strategic deals, including multi-stakeholder sales cycles (Partners, Audit/IA leaders, IT, Security, Operations).\n- Experience participating in or leading an Emerging Technology / Innovation / Digital Transformation committee or similar body responsible for evaluating and piloting new tools.\n- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape demos, pilots, and customer rollouts.\nAdditional Preferred Qualifications:\n- Experience at companies such as (or similar to): DataSnipper, Trullion, Caseware, AuditBoard, FloQast, or BlackLine.\n- Prior focus on enterprise or strategic accounts with upsell/cross-sell responsibility across multiple modules or product lines.\n- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for audit analytics, testing, or documentation support.\n- Experience designing and rolling out sales enablement programs for AEs and CSMs (demo certifications, discovery frameworks, objection handling, etc.).\n- Comfort speaking at customer webinars, training sessions, or industry events as a subject-matter expert in audit, tax, or accounting technology.\nAt Suralink, our values guide everything we do:\nCustomer Obsessed: We seek to understand those we serve deeply and are committed to serving them better than anyone else.\n\nPassionately Motivated: We care about what we do, which drives us to work hard, show grit, and go above and beyond to achieve great outcomes.\n\nConstantly Improving: We are eager to learn and grow.
