Responsibilities
Handle employee joining and hiring documents.
Prepare and update employee personnel files.
Work on Social Insurance and Labor Office Documents.
Handle Medical Insurance procedures.
Update employee data on Odoo.
Handle employee requests and Prepare HR and Experience Letters.
Assist with resignation and termination procedures.
Coordinate with IT regarding emails, fingerprints, and employee custody.
Assist with visa procedures and flight bookings.
Help organize company events and employee activities.
Assist with social media accounts when needed.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
0–3 years of experience in Personnel, or Administration.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Excellent English.
Good communication and organization skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential employee information.
Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
