processes, ceremonies, and ways of working\n\nChampion a collaborative, self-organizing team culture\n\nSupport onboarding of new team members into Agile ways of working\n\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the main point of contact between the delivery team and Product Managers on day-to-day execution matters\n\nCommunicate risks, blockers, and status changes clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholders\n\nRepresent the team in cross-functional planning or alignment sessions as needed\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\n~4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role\n\nSolid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworks\n\nExperience managing or supporting multiple concurrent projects/products\n\nStrong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder communication skills\n\nFamiliarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar)\n\nScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) preferred\n\nFluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)\n\nComfortable working with distributed, cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering)\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in digital product revamps or fintech/tech-enabled service platforms\n\nExposure to portfolio-level reporting (RAG status, risk registers)\n\nExperience supporting more than one team or project
