You connect with everyone who keeps SuReal moving: colleagues, management, suppliers and partners. You keep the office and HR admin running smoothly, give SuReal a voice online and bring the team together. You report directly to the COO.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun the office. You're the first face, voice and inbox of SuReal. Mail, badges, suppliers, facilities, catering for meetings, our beloved coffee corner: all under control.\nOwn payroll & HR admin. As SPOC for our social secretariat, you handle monthly payroll, our benefits package (mobility budget, bike leasing, Cambio…), holidays and absences, contracts, on- and offboarding, personnel files and policies. Besides payroll, you take action in topics such as performance cycle, 360° feedback. For all HR tasks, you report to our HR manager.[SH1.1]\nMake SuReal visible. You help out with our social media, updating our website, making flyers, merch and award submissions.\nBring the team together. You organize events such as SuReal Beats, office parties and team events. Birthdays, work anniversaries, Sinterklaas: nobody gets forgotten.\nBe our IT first responder.
