The better the world trades, the better society is.\nOur Mission is to enable seamless sustainable trade for everyone by removing barriers and facilitating collaboration.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join the DevOps team supporting RIVO, Surecomp's collaborative trade finance platform, used by banks and corporates around the world.\nThe DevOps team owns the full path from development environments to production: CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure on AWS, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, observability, and the security and reliability of production systems. Because Surecomp delivers both SaaS and on-premises solutions, part of the work involves automation and deployment challenges in a hybrid setting.\nIn this role you will take ownership of real production systems in a regulated financial environment, where reliability, security, and uptime matter to our customers. You will work closely with R&D, QA, Automation, Security, and Delivery teams, and will serve as a technical focal point for infrastructure and deployment topics within the organization.\nLocation: Kfar Saba, Israel.\nHybrid: three days a week from the office and two days from home.\nReporting to: DevOps & CloudOps Team Leader\nRoles and Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. \nBuild, operate, and secure production cloud environments on AWS. \nDevelop and maintain containerized applications and services running on Docker and Kubernetes. \nImplement and manage infrastructure as code. \nWrite infrastructure automation scripts for cloud deployments. \nBuild and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities. \nTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. \nContribute to configuration management and security practices across environments. \nKeep up to date with relevant DevOps and cloud technologies and propose improvements. \nRequirements\nKnowledge and Experience\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer - Must. \nExperience with containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) - Must. \nExperience writing infrastructure as code (Terraform, OpenTofu or Pulumi). \nExperience building and maintaining CI pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions, or equivalent). \nExperience engineering and scaling CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux, or equivalent). \nExperience operating production environments on AWS. \nExperience with observability and monitoring systems (Datadog, Grafana and Prometheus, or equivalent). \nStrong Linux background and solid scripting skills with Python and Bash. \nExperience with Git-based version control (Github or similar). \nGood understanding of networking, storage, and compute concepts. \nFamiliarity with security and compliance practices in production environments. \nProfessional-level English, written and spoken. \nAdvantages\nExperience with configuration management tools such as Ansible. \nExperience in a fintech, banking, or other regulated environment. \nSkills\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. \nHands-on, proactive, and results-oriented, with a \"get things done\" attitude. \nAble to work independently and prioritize effectively across multiple tasks. \nGood communication and collaboration skills across technical teams. \nComfortable working in a global, multicultural environment. \nAttention to detail, especially around production reliability and
