This role serves as the hands-on technical solution owner for enterprise SaaS implementations, partnering closely with clients to translate business objectives into implementation-ready solutions.\nThe Technical Solution Lead works alongside a Project Delivery Lead and is supported by Senior Architects, Business Analysts, and Technical Business Analysts. While Senior Architects provide architectural governance and make complex design decisions, the Technical Solution Lead owns the day-to-day technical solutioning effort throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and client-facing skills who aspires to become a Solution Architect.\nWhat You'll Do\nClient Solution Leadership\nServe as the day-to-day technical leader for a client implementation. You will need to be comfortable working with developers to build solutions in TypeScript. The platform you will build on also requires deep SQL knowledge.. This role is dedicated to one client at a time, allowing you to focus 100%.\nFacilitate technical discovery and solution design working sessions with client stakeholders.\nPartner with the client's architects, business analysts, and developers to define implementation approaches. You'll be able to collaborate with a Sureify Senior Architect as needed.\nReview and approve agile stories produced by Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts to ensure business requirements are accurately translated for the engineering team. \nSolution Design & Analysis\nDecompose business requirements into implementation-ready user stories.\nDefine API integrations, data mappings, validation rules, and business processes.\nIdentify technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.\nProduce high-quality solution documentation and implementation guidance.\nDelivery Partnership\nPartner closely with the Project Delivery Lead to ensure solution readiness throughout delivery.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts to refine requirements.\nSupport engineering teams by clarifying functional and technical requirements.\nEscalate complex architectural decisions to Senior Architects while independently driving day-to-day solution definition.\nQuality & Continuous Improvement\nLeverage consistent solution design standards for your implementation by consulting with Senior Architects on patterns established at other clients.\nLeverage AI-assisted tools to improve documentation, requirements decomposition, and solution quality.\nContribute to Sureify’s best practices in the form of lessons learned and reusable delivery assets.\nRequired Qualifications\nExpert-level knowledge of TypeScript and SQL\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n4-6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, technical business analysis, or solution architecture.\nExperience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL.\nExperience translating business requirements into technical solutions.\nComfortable with facilitating working sessions with technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience working directly with software engineering teams.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nExperience working in Agile software delivery environments.\nBachelor's degree.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the Life & Annuity insurance industry.\nStrong experience in technical leadership. You should be comfortable in a role where you help developers solve problems they are struggling with.\nExperience working in Fintech, Insurtech, technology consulting, or at an insurance carrier or financial services firm.\nFamiliarity with policy administration systems, identity providers, data middleware, and digital servicing portals.\nExperience using AI tools to improve solution design or delivery processes.\nSuccess in This Role\nWithin your first year, you will:\nBe the day-to-day technical leader for a major new enterprise client.\nBuild trusted relationships with the client's technical and program management staff.\nProduce implementation-ready solution designs with minimal oversight.\nPartner with a Senior Architect to focus on architectural governance and complex technical decisions.\nImprove delivery quality through better requirements decomposition and solution clarity.\nHelp scale our delivery organization through consistent, repeatable leadership.\nWhat Makes This Role Unique\nUnlike a traditional Business Analyst or Solution Architect, the Technical Solution Lead owns the day-to-day technical solutioning effort throughout an implementation.\nYou will spend much of your time collaborating directly with clients-leading working sessions, solving technical challenges, defining APIs and client-side integrations, overseeing data mappings, and ensuring our engineering teams have everything they need to build successfully.\nIf you enjoy solving complex business problems, working closely with customers, and aspire to become a Solution Architect, this role provides an exceptional career path.\nOur Guiding Principles\nOur products are for nothing if their creators are not fulfilled in their work.
