As part of EXLs Digital AI R&D Innovation team, you will lead initiatives leveraging frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and LangChain to build multi-agent workflows, orchestrate intelligent systems, and deliver scalable APIs.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead the design and implementation of agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Architect and optimize scalable APIs (REST/WebSocket) for production deployment.\n\n- Develop, fine-tune, and integrate large language models into enterprise applications.\n\n- Deploy and maintain at least 3 GenAI/Agentic AI projects in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.\n\n- Integrate SQL, No-SQL, and vector databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, and ChromaDB.\n\n- Implement graph databases (Neo4j) for knowledge graph-based use cases.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and deliver GenAI solutions across multiple business domains.\n\n- Ensure robustness, security, and compliance of deployed AI systems.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.\n\n- 7+ years of total professional experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python with strong software engineering practices.\n\n- At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI.\n\n- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).\n\n- Expertise in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.\n\n- Proven track record of deploying at least 3 GenAI/Agentic AI projects into production.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, or similar agentic AI frameworks.\n\n- Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration of intelligent workflows.\n\n- Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining pipelines).\n\n- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research in generative AI.\n\nSkills\nMachine Learning, Generative AI, Python, LangChain, LLM, Prompt Engineering, PyTorch, Agentic AI","description_format":"text","description_chars":2605,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":7,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["IT Consulting & Digital Transformation","Recruiting & Staffing","IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T02:00:24Z"}],"liveness":{"score":16,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":0.6,"p_active":0.609,"p_room":0.45,"age_days":39,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:39","velocity","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-09-29T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/sureminds-solutions-lead-engineer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/sureminds-solutions-lead-engineer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-30T05:35:01Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3934,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1066,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-01T00:00:00Z"}}}
