Responsibilities: Build API endpoints and validate incoming device, identity, and session events; handle missing or malformed fields and keep signal records consistent for downstream scoring. Follow contracts agreed with senior engineers. Implement and test guided fraud rules, such as new-device checks and unusual activity velocity; return reason codes that explain why a rule affected the decision. Extend signed SDK and business APIs with senior guidance, adding request validation and access checks while keeping each customer's data isolated across requests and sessions. Reproduce SDK integration errors using sample requests, logs, and metrics; work with SDK engineers to resolve event-format mismatches and document the expected API behavior.
