Job Summary The Principal Contract Specialist provides a variety of general corporate and commercial support to the organization and its in-house clients. Under the supervision of the Senior Counsel, Manager, the Principal Contract Specialist supports issues involving contracts as well as state and federal law and regulations. The Principal Contract Specialist participates in the ideation phase of new products or product variations. Demonstrates experience in corporate matters of diverse scope, requiring in-depth evaluation and interpretation.
