Team players are encouraged to apply and join us in providing our customers with an enjoyable flying experience.\nThe ideal candidate:\nhas experience working on PC12, C208, B200, PT6A\nhas excellent written and verbal communication skills\nhas the ability to read, write and speak English effectively\nis professional in appearance and manner\nis courteous in all interactions\nis a team player\nis detail-oriented\nGeneral Duties include:\nperforming maintenance and inspections in accordance with the applicable FARs, manufacturer's recommendations, TCDS, ICAs and company policies\ntroubleshooting systems and components, airframe and power plant\nproperly completing log entries for work accomplished\nmaintaining the work area in a clean and professional manner\nperforming aircraft run and taxi as required for system test and performance\nexhibiting knowledge of and working in accordance with the GOM, GMM and AAIP\n Requirements for the position:\nCurrent A&P certificate, IA is a plus\nA minimum of 3 years of experience\nOwnership/possession of basic tools to complete the job tasks\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to read, understand and follow maintenance manuals, drawings and wiring prints\nAbility to work within a 24/7 operation including holidays\nAbility to pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen\nAt least 18 years of age\nAuthorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1986\nAbility to maintain SIDA access\nAble to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays\nAble to document on-the-job training and successfully complete training as required by company\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to bend, squat, kneel and stand for extended periods of time\nAble to lift 40 pounds.\nAble to work in adverse weather conditions\n Benefits:\nCompetitive Salary: Attractive compensation package based on experience. \nHealth & Wellness: After 30 days of employment on the 1st of the next month, you are eligible to sign up for medical, dental, and vision insurance, air ambulance coverage, short-term disability, pet insurance, health savings accounts, and company-paid life insurance. \nRetirement Plans: Employees can enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. \nGenerous PTO: Employees earn 1 day of PTO per month, plus paid holidays throughout the calendar year. \nEmployee Discounts: Access to My ID Travel program, which allows members of your immediate family to participate as well.
