You should be able to seamlessly pivot between customer calls with financial institutions, hands-on project execution, and strategic conversations about how AI can transform financial workflows.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead finance-domain AI programs - Own delivery of AI training, evaluation, and data projects in areas like financial analysis, equity research, credit assessment, regulatory compliance, and quantitative modeling.\n\nServe as the finance expert - Provide expert-level guidance and design quality frameworks to ensure AI outputs meet the rigor expected by finance professionals.\n\nDrive cross-functional execution - Manage multiple simultaneous projects, set timelines, and coordinate across engineering, operations, and customer teams.\n\nBridge finance and AI - Translate domain knowledge into actionable guidance for AI/ML teams while interfacing with financial services clients to scope requirements and deliver value.\n\nWhat We’re Looking for\n2-5 years in finance roles such as investment banking, equity research, FP&A, asset management, risk, audit, or financial consulting.
