We don't have coordinators or approval layers, so scheduling, follow-ups, offer details, all of that is you.\nThat's the trade here: a lot of freedom in how you work, and a high bar for the work itself.\nWhat You'll Do\nFull-cycle searches, technical and non-technical: sourcing, screens, scheduling, closing.\n\nOwn your searches end to end. Run your desk from intake to close with autonomy and urgency.\n\nSource creatively and relentlessly. The best candidates often aren’t applying. You’ll figure out where they are, how to find them, and how to get their attention.\n\nWork directly with hiring managers. Shape the role with them, and tell them when the spec doesn't match the market.\n\nFix things in our process that slow you down.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou've closed strong candidates in competitive markets. Technical recruiting experience is a big plus.\n\nYou're fine with little structure or direction.\n\nYou write well. Candidates notice.\n\nYou can run several searches at once and move with urgency all the time.
