projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.\nDrive delivery of digital banking platforms, payment systems, core banking integrations, and customer-facing financial applications.\nEnsure adherence to engineering best practices, secure SDLC, and banking compliance standards (e.g., auditability, traceability, data protection).\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and delivery roadmaps.\nIdentify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead integration initiatives with core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube), payment gateways, and third-party financial services via APIs and middleware.\nProvide technical oversight on architecture, design, tools driving the Engineering Excellence ensuring greater quality, scalability , maintainability and reliability of the applications.\nAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and consistent updates on progress and risks.\nDrive resource planning, team allocation, and workload management.\nTrack and report on delivery metrics, team performance, and project health.\nLead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to drive high performance and accountability.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n6-10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least , 2-3 years in a leadership/delivery role (Preferred within banking, fintech, or BFSI domains).\nProven experience managing end-to-end complex technical projects.\nStrong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.\nSolid technical background in software development, architecture, and system design.\nDemonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with banking regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, local central bank regulations, audit requirements).\nAbility to balance technical decision-making with delivery priorities.\nExperience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).\nStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.\nStrong understanding of core banking ecosystems and integration patterns (API-led, ESB, microservices, event-driven architectures).\nExperience working with core banking platforms such as Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, or similar systems is highly desirable.\nCandidates with Fintec/BFS experience will be given priority.\nNote: Employees will be transitioned to the client company upon completing three years at
