applications using Kotlin, following modern Android development best practices.\nImplement end-to-end onboarding and account-opening journeys, integrating seamlessly with Spring Boot backend APIs.\nTake ownership of mobile application security, including secure data storage, certificate pinning, biometric authentication, root detection, and tamper detection.\nIntegrate RESTful APIs and implement robust error handling, offline support, and reliable application states.\nDevelop and maintain unit and UI automation tests alongside feature development to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.\nTake ownership of crash-free rates, application performance, and Play Store ratings for the features delivered.\nCollaborate closely with designers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs, consistent user experiences, and accessibility standards.\nApply modern Android architecture patterns and best practices to build scalable, maintainable, and testable applications.\nContribute to application releases, deployment readiness, and ongoing improvements to application stability and user experience.\nRequirements\nAt least 4 years of experience in native Android application development, with applications published and live on the Google Play Store.\nStrong proficiency in Kotlin and experience with modern Android development frameworks and tools.\nExperience with Jetpack Compose or a clear understanding of modern Android UI development and the ability to transition to Compose.\nStrong knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines and modern Android architecture patterns, including MVVM and MVI.\nHands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and implementing offline capabilities, error handling, and resilient application flows.\nSolid understanding of mobile application security fundamentals, particularly for financial applications.\nPractical experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, including JUnit, Espresso, or Jetpack Compose UI Testing.\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable mobile applications.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with designers and backend engineers to deliver complete, user-focused features.\nNice to Have:\nExperience developing mobile applications in banking, payments, fintech, or other regulated industries.\nExperience implementing biometric authentication, device-binding flows, electronic Know Your Customer (e-KYC), or document-capture functionality.\nFamiliarity with Google Play Store release management, phased rollouts, and production deployment practices.\nExperience improving application stability, monitoring crash reports, and optimizing performance in production
