Scrum Artifacts for multiple teams while supporting other governance aspects of the Projects.\nBe the Champion on Agile/Scrum process while coaching and mentoring the team.\nRemove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution and team productivity.\nWork closely with Product/Business Owners to manage and refine the product roadmaps.\nEnsure clear communication and alignment between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nDrive agile maturity across teams and promote best practices within the organization.\nTrack and report key agile metrics (velocity, sprint progress, burn-down charts, etc.).\nSupport teams in delivering high-quality outcomes within defined timelines\nIdentify risks and dependencies proactively , managing the same effectively.\nFacilitate a culture of innovation , accountability, transparency, and collaboration.\nContinuously evaluate and improve team performance and delivery processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.\n5-8+ years of experience in agile environments, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.\nStrong understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies.\nProven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams.\nAbility to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.\nExperience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).\nScrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.\nExperience working in fast-paced or cross-functional environments.\nAbility to influence without authority and drive organizational change.\nCandidates with Fintec/BFS experience will be given priority.\nNote: Employees will be transitioned to the client company upon completing three years at
