Our national network has connected more than 122,000 employees on an annual basis and growing.\nPRIMARY FUNCTIONS\nPerform a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance\nManage Surge Management VMS system and ensure all orders are getting filled immediately\nWork with offices that utilize Surge Management in their branches and train them how to use the system\nWorking with sub-vendors, establishing sub-vendors, signing service agreements, and checking invoicing\nRFP, paperwork, and establishing the accounts in Avionte\nAuditing Sub-Vendors to ensure compliancy throughout the Surge Management Program\nNegotiating Vendor agreements to ensure profitability for Surge Management\nCommunicating with Surge Management clients ensuring satisfactory service\nMaking sure the overall billing for Surge Management is increasing weekly/monthly/ quarterly\nQUALIFICATIONS\n Must be able to speak, read, write Spanish and English\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework or equivalent business experience preferred\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet\nAbility to travel to various locations (e.g., customer sites, other company offices) as needed\nAbility to communicate effectively and tactfully with others\nAbility to work with other team members as well as independently\nCooperative, team-oriented, patient, calm under pressure\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to provide excellent customer service to all clients\nAbility to advise, counsel, guide and influence the opinions and decisions of others\nAbility to analyze and evaluate people, data and things to determine courses of action\nPrevious business development experience including developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, making sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service and\npricing proposals\nProprietary and confidential.
