qualified candidates and provide detailed candidate evaluations.\n\nCoordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.\n\nManage offer negotiations and assist with onboarding transitions.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate and client information within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms.\n\nBuild relationships with industry professionals, referral sources, and networking groups.\n\nStay informed on labor market trends, compensation data, and industry developments.\n\nEnsure a positive and professional experience for all candidates and hiring managers.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\n3+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or executive search experience.\n\nExperience recruiting leadership, management, director, vice president, or executive-level talent.\n\nStrong sourcing and networking abilities.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.\n\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.\n\nPreferred\nExecutive search experience.\n\nStaffing industry experience.\n\nExperience recruiting across multiple industries and functional areas.\n\nKnowledge of compensation structures
