This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, analyzing inventory data, and using computer systems to maintain accurate records and reports.\nThe successful candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and analyze inventory levels to support daily operational needs.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and update information in computer systems.\nUse Microsoft Excel and other office software to organize, track, and analyze inventory data.\nPerform data entry and prepare inventory reports as needed.\nReview inventory information for discrepancies and assist with resolving errors.\nHelp ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.\nCommunicate inventory information and updates to relevant team members.\nAssist with inventory planning, allocation, and other administrative tasks as needed.\nManage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.\nQualifications\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nPrevious experience with inventory management, data entry, or reporting preferred.\nStrong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to review data, identify discrepancies, and maintain organized records.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.\nFlexibility to work a rotating schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, including weekends as needed.\nEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
