Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, as shifts may vary between days, nights, and weekends based on operational needs.\nProtective gear will be provided for working in the freezer environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine cycle counts and physical inventory counts to maintain inventory accuracy.\nConduct inventory audits and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.\nOperate a stand-up order picker forklift safely to retrieve, move, and organize inventory.\nPick, replenish, and move products throughout the freezer warehouse.\nVerify product quantities, item numbers, and locations to ensure accurate inventory records.\nIdentify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and misplaced items.\nMaintain organized inventory locations and follow established warehouse procedures.\nFollow all forklift safety guidelines and freezer facility safety requirements.\nUse inventory systems, scanners, or other warehouse tools to record and verify inventory transactions, as required.\nMaintain productivity and accuracy while working in a cold-storage environment.\nWork a flexible schedule that may include day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and varying hours based on business needs.\nRequired Qualifications\nPrevious experience in inventory control, warehouse inventory, or cycle counting.\nDemonstrated ability to perform accurate physical counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.\nPrevious experience operating a stand-up order picker forklift.\nStrong numerical skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to accurately count, verify, and track inventory.\nAbility to work in a freezer or cold-storage environment. Protective gear will be provided.\nFlexibility to work varying hours, including days, nights, and weekends.\nAbility to follow safety procedures and written work instructions.\nDependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.\nWork Environment and Schedule\nThis position is based in a freezer warehouse where employees will perform inventory counts and operate material-handling equipment in cold temperatures. Appropriate protective gear will be provided.\nSchedule flexibility is essential. This position does not have a guaranteed, fixed shift.
