No advanced CNC experience is required for this entry-level position; training will be provided.\nResponsibilities\nFeed, load, unload, and operate CNC machining and grinding equipment.\nMonitor machines during production to ensure proper operation and product quality.\nPerform in-process and post-operation inspections using micrometers, gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.\nMake basic machine offsets and adjustments as trained to maintain required dimensions and geometry.\nFollow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.\nMeet established production and quality requirements.\nIdentify and report machine, tooling, or production issues.\nWork with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and delivery requirements.\nAssist with packaging and preparation of finished products.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nParticipate in training and learn additional machine operation and setup skills.\nPerform other production and cleaning duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEntry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.\nPrevious manufacturing, machine operation, CNC, grinding, or production experience is a plus but not required.\nMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.\nAbility to read and follow written work instructions.\nAbility to use or learn to use precision measuring tools.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nDependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\nAbility to read, speak, and understand English for training, safety, and work instructions.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nFrequent reaching and repetitive movements may be required.\nAbility to safely handle materials and components used in production.\nAbility to read work instructions, gauges, and measurement equipment accurately.
