This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations while meeting USDA/FDA food safety standards.\nResponsibilities\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.\nPerform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.\nInstall, assemble, and maintain production machinery and electrical systems.\nRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.\nPerform basic welding and fabrication as needed.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records in a computerized maintenance system.\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.\nSupport production operations and complete additional maintenance duties as assigned.\nQualifications & Requirements\nPrevious maintenance experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.\nStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.\nPLC, VFD, and ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus.\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nAbility to work overtime as needed.\nComfortable working in refrigerated temperatures (35°F-45°F).\nAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance.\nDependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.\nApply today!
