This position is responsible for assisting with machine setup and adjustments, supporting equipment operation, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure production runs safely and efficiently.\n\nPay: $17.00 per hour- $22 per hour\nAvailable Shifts:\n1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\n2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM\n3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM\nResponsibilities\nAssist with machine setup, adjustments, and equipment operation in an injection molding environment.\nTrain and assist associates with preventative maintenance and safe equipment operation.\nEnsure machine safety features are functioning properly and follow established safety procedures.\nPerform lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures when clearing equipment faults and restoring machine energy, in accordance with established procedures.\nInspect and measure parts to ensure products meet quality specifications.\nIdentify and report quality or safety concerns to the Team Leader or Production Manager.\nAssist with troubleshooting production issues and making machine adjustments to produce quality parts.\nMaintain accurate production records, paperwork, and data entry.\nRecord and dispose of scrap properly and complete daily rework as needed.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace organization standards.\nOperate equipment such as cranes and forklifts as needed.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nTwo years of manufacturing experience preferred.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nBasic math skills and ability to read work instructions.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.\nAbility to follow safety procedures and work instructions.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the manufacturing facility.\nAbility to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds or more.\nAbility to use hands and arms for equipment operation and handling materials.\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment.\nWork Environment\nThis position works in an injection molding manufacturing environment and
