This position blends customer service, recruiting, and sales -making it an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in a rewarding, people-oriented career.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary associates.\n\nSource candidates using job boards, resume databases, and internal talent pools to fill client needs quickly and accurately.\n\nRecruit, interview, and onboard candidates while maintaining a strong, reliable workforce.\n\nStrategically match candidate skill sets with client requirements.\n\nServe as a professional and dependable liaison between associates and clients.\n\nConduct service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and develop new business opportunities.\n\nBuild and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.\n\nPromote additional company products and services to existing and prospective clients.\n\nImplement and manage marketing initiatives, including sales calls, direct mail, and public relations activities.\n\nSupport and coach temporary associates to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.\n\nResolve issues and complaints from associates, clients, and internal partners promptly and professionally.\n\nMaximize billable hours and contribute to branch growth and profitability.\n\nPerform administrative duties that support branch operations and quality standards.\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma required; college coursework or equivalent experience preferred.\n\nPrevious customer service or sales experience strongly preferred.\n\nExperience in staffing, human resources, or a related service industry is a plus.\n\nSupervisory or leadership experience is advantageous.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research tools.\n\nReliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites as needed.\n\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nSelf-motivated, sales-minded, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nSurge Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
