The schedule averages 20 hours per week, with flexibility to coordinate around your class schedule and business needs.\nNo previous internship experience is required. We are looking for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in purchasing or supply chain operations.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with daily purchasing activities and administrative tasks.\nHelp create, track, and follow up on purchase orders.\nCommunicate with suppliers regarding order status, product availability, lead times, and deliveries.\nMaintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and material documentation.\nAssist with reviewing inventory levels and identifying upcoming purchasing needs.\nMonitor open orders and help resolve order discrepancies or delivery delays.\nEnter purchasing data and assist with reports and document organization.\nGather supplier pricing, quotes, and product information.\nCollaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Research and Development, and other departments.\nSupport special projects and process improvement initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nCurrently enrolled in a college or university program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nInterest in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.\nPrevious work or internship
