This role supports manufacturing operations by identifying defects, documenting quality issues, and helping maintain a safe and efficient production environment.\nThe ideal candidate has previous quality control experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with production and quality teams.\nResponsibilities\nInspect questionable raw materials before they enter the production process.\nDetermine whether materials meet quality standards and specifications.\nInspect work-in-progress (WIP) products and finished goods for quality and compliance.\nDocument nonconforming materials, including preparing reports and taking photographs when needed.\nProvide general support to the Quality Assurance department.\nWork with internal and external customers to address quality concerns.\nAssist with training efforts to improve product quality throughout the manufacturing process.\nHelp create visual aids related to product packaging and foam quality standards.\nFollow all safety procedures, quality standards, and 5S practices.\nComplete inspections accurately and efficiently to support production goals.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAt least 1 year of related quality control experience or training preferred.\nStrong computer skills required.\nExperience with JDE is a plus.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nCommitment to workplace safety and quality standards.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment\nAbility to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform inspections throughout the facility.\nAbility to work around moving machinery, moderate to loud noise, and varying temperatures.\nMust wear required personal protective equipment, including eye protection and hearing protection in designated areas.\nWhy Apply?\nConsistent overnight schedule.\nOpportunity to use and develop quality inspection skills.\nWork in a manufacturing environment where quality and attention to detail matter.\nApply today!
