This position is ideal for someone with experience programming and operating industrial robots, CNC laser equipment, or CNC press brakes.\nCandidates with experience across multiple areas of CNC programming and robotic automation are especially encouraged to apply. Experience programming OTC welding robots is highly valuable, and candidates with this background may have the opportunity to learn additional collaborative robot (cobot) programming.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram, set up, and operate robotic welding equipment and automated manufacturing systems.\nProgram and operate OTC welding robots to produce quality parts and assemblies.\nSet up, program, and operate CNC flat-sheet fiber laser cutting equipment.\nProgram and operate CNC press brake equipment for sheet metal forming.\nInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.\nAdjust programs and machine settings to ensure accuracy, quality, and production efficiency.\nTroubleshoot programming, tooling, and equipment issues.\nInspect completed parts to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards.\nCollaborate with production and manufacturing team members to improve processes and resolve production challenges.\nLearn and support collaborative robot (cobot) programming as needed.\nFollow all established safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience with industrial robotics, CNC programming, or automated manufacturing equipment.\nExperience programming and operating OTC welding robots is strongly preferred.\nExperience with CNC fiber laser cutting equipment and/or CNC press brake programming is highly desirable.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, machine setup, and production quality standards.\nStrong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with a production team.\nWillingness to learn additional robotic programming systems and automation technologies.\nCandidates with experience in multiple areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
