Sales Representative - Ontario, Ohio
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (schedule may vary)
Compensation: $40,000/year + Commission
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario, Ohio. This is a full-time opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping customers find the right products and solutions.
The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with strong communication and follow-up skills. Previous sales experience is required. Healthcare or laboratory sales experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify, prospect, and pursue new sales opportunities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Present and promote products and services to prospective customers
- Follow up with leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
- Work toward individual and company sales goals
- Contribute to customer growth and overall business development
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records
- Learn and stay knowledgeable about products and technical information
- Represent the company professionally with customers and business partners
- Collaborate with internal team members to provide a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- Healthcare or laboratory sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to learn technical product information
