The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable working with computer systems, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy warehouse environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess and maintain accurate shipping and order information in the warehouse or ERP system\nEnter product receipts, shipments, inventory activity, and order updates into the system\nMonitor orders throughout the day for new orders, changes, and special requirements\nGenerate and print pick tickets for warehouse personnel\nDistribute pick tickets and shipping paperwork to the appropriate warehouse teams\nVerify pick tickets, tallies, quantities, and shipping documents for accuracy\nPrepare and organize Bills of Lading (BOLs) and supporting shipping documentation\nEnsure paperwork is matched to the correct shipment and carrier\nMonitor trucks as they arrive and coordinate required shipping documentation\nIdentify and communicate order discrepancies or variances to supervisors\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n2-3 years of shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse administration, or record-keeping experience preferred\nExperience in produce, food distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus\nExperience with ERP, WMS, or warehouse management software\nExperience with FAMOUS® or similar ERP systems is a plus\nIntermediate Microsoft Office skills\nStrong data entry and record-keeping skills\nGood math, numerical, and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nWorking Conditions\nWork in a refrigerated warehouse environment, generally 45-55°F\nWarehouse may be noisy due to packaging equipment and forklift traffic\nCombination of computer/office work and time spent in the warehouse\nAbility to sit and/or stand for extended periods\nFrequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and handling products or
