This is a non-CDL position that requires strong backing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.\nThe Spotter will also assist with loading and unloading materials, verifying shipments, receiving incoming inventory, and ensuring products are handled and shipped accurately and efficiently.\nResponsibilities\nSafely move trucks and trailers throughout the yard and position trailers at designated dock doors.\nBack trailers into tight dock spaces, including areas with limited clearance between other trailers.\nPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles and trailers are in safe working condition.\nVerify loads, shipping documents, and paperwork for accuracy before shipments leave the facility.\nAssist with loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials throughout the facility.\nReceive incoming raw materials, components, and other inventory.\nVerify incoming shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, and other receiving documents.\nMaintain accurate records of received goods, damaged products, and inventory transactions.\nUse material-handling equipment, such as forklifts, hand trucks, and skids, as needed.\nAssist with preparing shipping documents, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.\nSupport the timely movement of materials to ensure efficient production and shipping operations.\nFollow all company safety policies and applicable regulations, including proper PPE requirements.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience spotting, backing, or maneuvering trailers is preferred.\nAbility to safely back trailers into tight spaces and position them at dock doors.\nStrong attention to detail when verifying shipments and completing paperwork.\nAbility to follow safety procedures and operating instructions.\nExperience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material-handling operations is a plus.\nAbility to operate material-handling equipment, such as forklifts, is preferred.\nAbility to
