This position provides leadership and guidance to inspectors and site personnel, ensures compliance with company and customer requirements, and helps maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is quality-focused, dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to coach and motivate team members.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Service & Business Development\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers, inspectors, and site personnel.\nCommunicate regularly with customers and other site-level stakeholders.\nPromote a customer-focused approach while ensuring quality and service expectations are met.\nAddress customer and operational concerns professionally and promptly.\nQuality & Operations\nSupport site leadership with daily site operations.\nTrain, coach, and support quality inspectors to ensure procedures and work instructions are followed.\nConduct audits and validate compliance with established quality processes.\nCommunicate project updates, process changes, and revised work instructions to inspection teams.\nIdentify, document, and report non-conformances to site leadership.\nMake sound independent decisions when evaluating subjective quality scenarios based on project requirements.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to process flow, new inspection criteria, production spikes, spills, and other operational challenges.\nAssist with inventory and material movement using scanners and other inventory management tools.\nPerform inspection duties when needed to support site operations.\nEnsure compliance with company, customer, and applicable health and safety requirements.\nFollow all company and customer-specific policies, procedures, and work instructions.\nReporting & Documentation\nCollect, maintain, and review operational reports and quality data.\nAccurately document audits, inspections, non-conformances, and other required activities.\nUse company web portals and computer systems to enter and maintain required documentation.\nMaintain accurate records while protecting sensitive and confidential information.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAt least 1 year of experience in quality, inspection, manufacturing, production, or a related field preferred.\nPrevious leadership or team lead experience preferred.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.\nAbility to use gauges, measuring devices, and other quality inspection equipment.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions within established guidelines.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.\nAbility to communicate effectively with customers, employees, supervisors, and other stakeholders.\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nThis position may require:\nStanding and/or walking for extended periods.\nLifting and moving materials weighing approximately 30-50 pounds.\nRepetitive physical activities, including lifting, twisting, grasping, gripping, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, and kneeling.\nWorking around moving mechanical parts or machinery.\nExposure to loud noises, fumes, odors, and varying temperatures, including extreme heat or cold.\nWorking in a repetitive inspection or production environment.\nWorking occasional weekends based on business and customer
