This is a full-time, 2nd shift opportunity for a dependable and hands-on leader with experience in manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, quality inspection, production, or supervision.\nThe Team Lead will oversee daily operations, coordinate employees and workstations, support product inspection and containment activities, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable leading employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and oversee employees assigned to production, inspection, containment, and other manufacturing workstations.\nCoordinate daily shift-start activities, including workstation setup, staffing, paperwork, tools, and materials.\nMonitor employees to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures and customer requirements.\nOversee product inspection and containment activities to identify quality issues and ensure nonconforming products are properly handled.\nProvide hands-on training and communicate new work instructions and procedures to employees.\nEnsure employees follow company safety policies, quality standards, work instructions, and operating procedures.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nEnsure appropriate tools, equipment, and materials are available to complete assigned jobs.\nMonitor and maintain accountability for employees assigned to specific jobs or workstations.\nComplete end-of-shift responsibilities, including reviewing paperwork, auditing timesheets, and communicating important information to the next shift.\nReport accidents, injuries, incidents, safety concerns, and policy violations to management immediately.\nProvide feedback to management regarding employee performance, attendance, productivity, and work quality.\nSupport continuous improvement, quality control, and workplace safety initiatives.\nAssist with resolving production, quality, staffing, and workflow issues as needed.\nLead by example and maintain a professional, productive, and team-oriented work environment.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.\n3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.\nPrevious experience in automotive manufacturing, manufacturing, production, quality inspection, or containment preferred.\nAbility to work 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.\nStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to clearly communicate work instructions and train employees.\nBasic math and measurement skills.\nBasic computer skills;
