This position requires someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable taking responsibility for a team, and able to communicate clearly with employees and management.\nResponsibilities\nOversee containment, sorting, inspection, and rework activities within the facility\nSupervise and provide direction to employees assigned to specific jobs, tables, and workstations\nEnsure customer products are properly inspected and meet established quality requirements\nCoordinate shift-start activities, including workstation setup, paperwork, tools, materials, and job requirements\nEnsure all employees follow company safety policies and procedures\nPromote good housekeeping and maintain an organized work environment\nReport accidents, incidents, safety concerns, and policy violations to management\nEnsure end-of-shift activities are completed accurately, including paperwork, time sheets, audits, and shift-to-shift communication\nProvide on-the-job training and communicate new work instructions to employees\nEnsure appropriate tools, materials, and resources are available to complete assigned jobs\nMonitor employee performance and provide feedback to the Supervisor or Manager\nMaintain accountability for all personnel assigned to specific jobs\nCommunicate clearly with employees, supervisors, managers, and customers as needed\nSupport all company quality, safety, and productivity initiatives\nLead by example by demonstrating professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required;
